My name is Jakub Regulski, and I have recently been the victim of an aggressive hate attack commissioned by a dishonest businessman who craves revenge against me. For honorably and honestly acting in the best interests of the organization, exposing a number of irregularities and opposing his insane decisions, I became the target of harassment, repression and ruthless attack on the Internet. The theft of personal data, photos, publication of false information - fake news or impersonation are just some of the methods used by a group hired for this purpose daily engaged in destroying the image of individuals and companies online for money.
Therefore, I - Jakub Regulski - in order to defend my good name, I decided to create a website presenting a true picture of my professional profile as an experienced manager supported by numerous diplomas, awards, references and more than a hundred positive comments about me. This website is also an expression of firm opposition to the anonymous attempt to vilify my good name and achievements online through a manipulated and fake website, to oppose sponsored hate speech, misinformation and fake news. The purpose of this site is also to expose to the public the mechanisms of specialized groups engaged in daily contracted online hate and damage to the image of individuals and companies online. I will also reveal inconvenient facts about the businessman defaming me, the principal and sponsor of the online attack on my person. I am an IT and Mechatronics engineer. I studied both in Poland and Germany under the Socrates Erasmus - international students exchange program. Furthermore, I am fluent in three languages. Professionally, I am a Manager with more than 15 years of experience in Management, including in the largest automotive corporations in the world. I have expertise in Operational Excellence (OPEX), Cost Optimization, Restructuring and Revitalization, Digitalization and overall management of Enterprises. For my achievements in this field, I have received many prestigious awards, including the Lean Award and the 2017 Employee of the Year statuette. I am a proud, consequent but above all effective leader who is not afraid to make difficult but necessary decisions in order to achieve operational excellence for the company and, consequently, the satisfaction of both employees and customers.

Jakub Regulski – Why did I become the victim of an online hate attack?
The reason is trivially prosaic. It is organized with the use of considerable financial resources and the amount of work of the usual primitive revenge of a dishonest businessman which I – Jakub Regulski – encountered on my way. The desire to show the world how those who have the honor and courage to oppose his insane visions end up. Revenge, for exposing a number of inconvenient facts, and irregularities he committed. Revenge, for my honest and honorable conduct in accordance with my conscience, in the best interests of the organization. Jakub Regulski – What exactly is online hate?
Online hate is one form of cyberbullying, which involves publishing negative, often lying and hateful comments online. It is nothing more than a reflection of hate speech, whose victims are most often private individuals, including celebrities, journalists, politicians doctors, and, like me - Jakub Regulski - managers of companies, who, making often difficult but necessary decisions, are directly exposed to aggression and ruthless attacks online. The phenomenon of hate speech has recently become very popular among online criminals mainly due to the illusory sense of anonymity online, as well as the space that numerous social networks and online forums have created for them. The main driving force behind online haters and Internet trolls is anonymity, which unleashes aggression and hateful behavior in them that they could not afford in the real world for fear of far-reaching consequences.

Haters themselves are most often complex individuals with low self-esteem, people who are morbidly jealous and dissatisfied with themselves. That's why they use hate speech, attacking their victims to make themselves feel better, at least for a moment, thus boosting their low self-esteem. In their criminal activity, it is not uncommon for the haters to also go as far as stealing personal information and private photos of their victims. They feel unpunished, although more and more often the offenders are caught, who face severe consequences including fines, imprisonment, as well as civil lawsuits from the victims of their aggression for spreading hate speech online, violating personal property, slandering or stealing personal data and photos.

A dishonest and unprincipled businessman who wanted to make decisions that were detrimental to the organization, which I – Jakub Regulski – strongly opposed, as a result of which I became an object of primitive revenge. He thinks that everything and everyone can be bought while surrounding himself with a herd of nodding figureheads. Furthermore, he commissions the online hate to an organized group that specializes in destroying the image of individuals and companies online and sowing disinformation and fake news.
